Additionally, the Platform operates in a marketplace format, offering the sale of business websites that are integrated with the Platform, allowing leads to be directed to the advertiser’s website. These Terms outline the rules and guidelines that govern your use of the Platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and findeverything.co.za.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Creation and Management

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Pay per Sale Ads: Users may opt for Pay per Sale ads, where payment is based on the successful sale of products or services facilitated by the Platform. A commission, as outlined in the fee structure, will be deducted from each sale. The commission rates may vary depending on the product category and other factors, which will be detailed in the specific ad agreement.

4.2 Sponsored Articles

Publication and Engagement: Users can publish Sponsored Articles on the Platform, which allow them to promote their products, services, or brand. These articles may include the ability for readers to connect directly with the advertiser or article writer. Each connection or lead generated through a Sponsored Article will utilize Pay per Lead credits. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have sufficient lead credits to support these interactions.
Content Guidelines: Sponsored Articles must adhere to the content guidelines outlined in Section 2.2. findeverything.co.za reserves the right to reject or remove any Sponsored Article that does not meet these guidelines.

4.3 Business Website Sales

Integrated Websites: The Platform offers the sale of business websites that are fully integrated with findeverything.co.za. These websites are designed to allow leads generated through the Platform to be directed seamlessly to the advertiser’s website, enhancing their ability to convert leads into customers.
Customization and Support: Purchasers of these websites can benefit from customization options and ongoing support provided by findeverything.co.za. Detailed terms related to the purchase, customization, and support services will be provided in a separate agreement at the time of purchase.
Transaction Security: Payments for business websites are processed securely through our payment gateway. Any issues or disputes related to these transactions will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 6.2.

4.4 Escrow Services

Secure Transactions: For Pay per Sale ads and business website transactions, findeverything.co.za may facilitate payment through an escrow service. This service ensures that funds are held securely until the terms of the sale are fulfilled. Once both parties confirm the transaction, the funds will be released to the seller.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the escrow service will hold the funds until the issue is resolved. Both parties must comply with the dispute resolution process outlined by the escrow service provider.
